The David A. Francis Center is located in Knights Park at 1001 North Latham Street and is the home for the Sandwich Park District offices. The Center is available for rentals when not in use by Park District programs and activities. The Center is handicapped accessible and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Kitchen facilities are available. NO smoking and NO alcohol are permitted at any time in the facility.

Francis Center Rental Information

The Francis Center is generally available for rentals on Saturday from 1:00 to 10:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The building rental custodian will open and close the Center and will remain on the premises during your rental. A building use agreement must be filled out in person at the time of booking your rental along with the rental deposit. The rental fee is due no later than two weeks before your rental date.

Francis Center Rental Fees

	Sandwich Park District Resident - $100 first 3 hours, $25 per hour thereafter / 3 hour minimum plus $100 refundable deposit
	Non-Resident - $150 first 3 hours, $25 per hour thereafter / 3 hour minimum plus $100 refundable deposit
	Not-For-Profit Group Meeting - No charge (limited availability; custodian charge may apply) plus refundable deposit
	For-Profit Group Meeting - $175 per meeting, first 3 hours, $25 per hour thereafter / 3 hour minimum plus $100 refundable deposit
	For-Profit Business Parties, Fund Raisers, Profitable Shows and/or Exhibits - $200 first 3 hours, $25 per hour thereafter / 3 hour minimum plus $100 refundable deposit
