Love That Bling

Do you like bling?  But can't afford the zing!  Learn how to make a faux tennis bracelet using Austrian crystals and Japanese beads.  Learn  basic off-loom right angle (raw) bead weaving.  Right angle weave is one of the easiest to learn and is named because you can use any style or size of bead to create different effects.  NOTE:  Bring a small scissors, two sewing needles, and reading glasses (if needed) to class.  Students should be comfortable working with a needle and thread.  All other supplies will be provided.  Cost includes $9 for supplies.  Completed project will be on display at the Francis Center, after February 20th.

Mom & Me

Spend time with your Mom (all ages welcome) creating a unique glass beaded bracelet.  Learn the tips, techniques and tools to make your own designer jewelry.  Select from over 100 glass or metal beads.  Instructor will demonstrate earring construction.  After attending this class, participants will have the knowledge to make other beautiful jewelry.  Handouts with instructions are included.  NOTE:  Extra supplies will be available for purchase from the instructor.  If your Mom isn't available, sisters ors best friends are great substitutes!.
