Celebrating 41 Years of Service to the Community

	Patriots Park is one of the newest parks in the Sandwich Park District system. This two and one-half acre park at 1220 Daniel Lane is situated in the northeast section of the City of Sandwich and has recreational opportunities for all ages. This park, and all its' amenities, was donated to the Sandwich Park District by the developer of the Sandhurst Subdivision in 1996.
Because of its' name, Patriots Park, the playground equipment has a red, white, and blue theme. This large playground unit features slides, bridges and towers to help make play time fun. There is also a separate swing set for older children. The northeast corner of this park features a regulation size basketball court.
	A beautiful cedar gazebo is the center focal point of Patriots Park. It's a great place for family picnics and can be a quiet place to relax for parents as they watch their children on the adjacent playground equipment. Park benches are scattered throughout the park.
