The Mother Goose Club:
Our Mother Goose Club is for preschool aged children and runs on a monthly basis from September through June. Children attend two times a week for two hours. Class size is limited.
What to expect from the Mother Goose Club:
Your child can expect a safe, warm and secure environment with developmentally appropriate activities, materials and equipment. Children are encouraged to express themselves through math, science, art and manipulative play experiences. “Together Time”, with stories, songs and finger plays adds to the fun; along with large and small muscle activities. The alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes and name printing are introduced, along with counting and cutting skills. A nutritious snack is provided as well.
Young children learn best through hands-on experiences and need many opportunities to express their feelings. Emphasis is placed on social, emotional, intellectual and physical development with our “learn through play” approach. The program is designed to encourage play, which is a child’s primary means of expression and problem solving.
Three (3) , four (4) and five (5) / Children must be potty trained

For entry into the Mother Goose Club it is necessary to place your child on our Mother Goose wait list. Class size is limited to 13 in each group. It is never too early to place your child on this list … we even have BABIES! Call and leave a message for Barb Olin at (815) 786-8044.
The first session of this class will meet each Friday for 10 weeks. We will help build fundamental skills through fun activities, manipulatives and more!
Many opportunities for self-expression, yet structured activities as well. This 10-week class is open to all children who will be starting Kindergarten next fall.
Children already enrolled in the Mother Goose Club will get first priority. Enrollment is on a “first come” basis with a maximum of 12 children.
