TYKES TUESDAYS
Start your little one off in socializing and playing with other children.
Learn new sounds, textures and physical skills with the help of an
enthusiastic instructor. There will be music, stretching and painting so
be sure to dress for making a mess.

TEE BALL LEAGUE Location: Large Room
The park district’s tee-ball program is designed to teach basic fundamentals, Instructor: Michelle O’Hara MIN/MAX: 4/12
sportsmanship, and the importance of having fun. Players hit the ball

schedule will be distributed by individual coaches. Open registration
closes on May 6th. We expect to begin practices two weeks before the
first game. Placement on a team is on a first come, first served basis.
Each player will receive a t-shirt.

EARTH DAY/ARBOR DAY
Come join us for a day of activities celebrating the earth and its’
beauty. We will plant a tree, remove ugly weeds, walk the trail and
learn what’s growing around the creek. We will identify birds, trees
and even try to spot some animal tracks. Depending on availability
participants will be able to take home a t-shirt, drawing, and a tree
sapling. Scout troops are also welcome. Please call the Sandwich
Park District to register so we have enough supplies. Children under
the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

This class is designed for children ages 2 to 4 years of age that do not

We will have fun tossing the ball, catching, hitting balls and running
the bases. This class will be outside, at Knights Park, so dress for
the weather. Please bring your own water bottle and glove. All other
equipment will be supplied. Time for a quick snack break is included.
Parents please plan to stay and play.
