CPR Training Program held at Sandwich Fire Department.  

This American Heart Association course is intended for employees in the workplace, day care employees, baby-sitters, family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death, and anyone who wants to learn rescue skills for people. We will cover recognizing and treating life-threatening emergencies including cardiac arrest and choking for an adult, child, and infant. Learn to recognize the warning signs of heart attack and stroke in adults and breathing difficulties in children.

The course also includes instruction and certification on automated external defibrillator (AED). A written and skills exam will be required for a course completion card that is mailed to participants.

The training for this program with be held at the Sandwich Fire Department located at 310 E. Railroad St. Sandwich, IL. 60548. All registration is done at the Sandwich Park District.
