Experience the history of our 16th president Abraham Lincoln with this fun trip to Springfield, IL. We will be visiting Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. Experience history like never before. Step inside key moments in Lincoln’s life, from triumph to tragedy. Explore immersive displays and shows that drive home the human costs of slavery and war. Connect with Lincoln and his family through artifacts that can’t be found anywhere else in the world. You’ll feel like you’re walking in Lincoln’s shoes. We will also be visiting the Old State Capitol on this trip. These historically preserved buildings are a cornerstone to this state’s history. Included in your registration cost is access to the Abraham Lincoln Museum exhibits, access to the Old State Capitol, and transportation. Lunch, Souvenirs are at your own expense. This trip is a self-guided tour through both the museum and State Capital building.
