          FALL FITNESS KICK-OFF FREE EVENT:

           The week of 10/2/17 through 10/5/17 FREE FITNESS!

                               Monday:
                                                FITNESS BASICS at 10:30 a.m.
                                          ZUMBA at 6:30 p.m.

                                              Tuesday:
                                 YOGA at 7:00 p.m.

                                  Wednesday:
                                             CHAIR YOGA at 11:15 a.m.
                                  Thursday:                   ZUMBA FITNESS
                                   ZUMBA at 6:30 p.m.         The Zumba Fitness program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy to follow
                                                              moves to create a “one of a kind” fitness workout that will blow you away!
                                                              You will love this exhilarating workout!  The routines feature interval training
                                                              sessions involving fast and slow rhythms to sculpt your body while burning
                                                              fat.  Zumba Fitness is spreading worldwide like wildfire. Ages 14 to adult can

      Location:  Large Room                                   This class is designed for the beginner or intermediate participant of all
