YOUTH AND ADULT SPORTS


       NEW SPD RUNNING/BIKE CLUB
                This is a six-week (3 times per week) program designed
                for those that would like to take their fitness to the next
      level. The club will take a holistic approach to reaching your running
      goals, covering performance nutrition, core stability, proper running
      technique, injury prevention, and a tailored training program to safely
      improve speed and endurance.  The course will incorporate bicycle
      cross-training once per week with the group.  Runs and rides will be at
      different local locations covering anywhere from 3 to 13 miles, based
      on group ability.  The instructor will notify participants of the meeting
      point for each class. The Naperville Running Company will also per-
      form a running analysis for each participant to help you find running
      shoes that fit your foot structure and stride. This will be a group trip
      to the store and the park district will provide transportation.  Class fee
      includes t-shirt and 50% off entry fee into Freedom 5K/1Mile race in
      July or the Donut Dash 5K/10K in October.  All registration is done at
      the Sandwich Park District. Saturday classes will meet at 6:30 am.
      BICYCLE and HELMET required. (Sandwich Park District does NOT
      provide bicycles and helmets).                          KAYAK TRIP
                                                              Join us out on the Fox River for beautiful scenery and great exercise!

      COUCH TO 5K
      Is it time to finally put your New Year’s Resolution into ACTION? Here is
      a class to get you started! Get off the couch and get moving one foot at   CAMP AND PADDLE
