HEATHLY EATING

The Leishman Center for Culinary Health, an innovative teaching kitchen at Kiswaukee Hospital, promotes healthy living though food.  Culinary instructors and registered dietitians offer a range of demonstrations and classes.  Recipes are provided unless otherwise noted.  Registration is required.  

During COVID-19, classes will be conducted virtually.  A link to the class will be sent to you after registration.
